By 3 in the afternoon of the same day it was sent for embalming.
This is not usual procedure in the United States of America.
Furthermore, the family of Danny Casolaro was not informed of his death on the Saturday he died. The family was informed after time was allowed to elapse. They were informed on the following Monday.

The hotel room and bathroom were immediately cleaned thoroughly.

The door of his hotel room and the door of his bathroom, neither were locked by Danny Casolaro.
A man planning to shoot himself may not lock doors. Even if he was interrupted he would still have time to shoot himself.
But Danny Casolarao was planning to take all his clothes off, sit in the bath-tub and cut his wrists.
In such a case it is expected the person would lock his hotel room door at least.

Family members of Danny Casolaro reveal that he was frightened of even a hypodermic needle.
It is unlikely a person who was so afraid of blood would choose the method of slashing his wrists to kill himself.

Danny Casolaro has slashed his right wrist 3 or 4 times, and his left wrist 7 or 8 times.
Some cuts were so deep they had cut through the tendons.

Just the fact that some slash marks cut through a tendon is a big red flag. If someone does commit suicide by slitting their wrists, the odds of someone cutting so deep as to get to the tendon is very unlikely. Most people would pass out from the sheer pain before getting to the tendon. It's not entirely impossible, just
extremely unlikely. Most suicides from writs slashing is caused by cutting an artery, as an artery is more superficial and easier to get to then a tendon.

They also don't switch hands, unless they're ambidextrous. And if he'd cut a tendon, he would also have hit a nerve before getting to a tendon, and his cutting hand would have become useless. I'm a paramedic. I see suicides and suicide attempts all the time. I've yet to see one where a person serious about suicide has ever cut both wrists. They use their dominant hand to cut one wrist.

When an autopsy was performed on Danny Casolaro on the insistence of his brother, traces of Tylenol was found.
It is not known where he got the Tylenol from, a drug which he did not take or keep.
If he had gone to the trouble of getting Tylenol, he could as well have taken an overdose of the drug to kill himself.

Danny Casolaro had told his brother before leaving for Martinsburg, West Virginia, that if he dies in an 'accident' or 'suicide', he was not to believe it, and know that he had been murdered.

Danny Casolaro's money was not stolen.
Danny Casolaro's credit cards were not stolen.
All his papers, however, were missing.
